A total of 150,000 sq ft in, or about five floors in GTower is designated to house MSC Malaysia companies housed in MSC Cubes and FlexOffices incubation facilities. There currently were 12 MSC Malaysian companies based there, with room for more.

Located on Jalan Tun Razak, near to the Jalan Ampang intersection, GTower received Green Mark Gold environmentally friendly building certification from the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore earlier on 28 January.
It employs green building technologies to achieve better sustainability, low-energy consumption and a healthy environment, through the use of ICT, including intelligent building facilities which monitoring energy use, and thus it boasts 25% energy reduction, compared to buildings of similar size and location.
“By building intelligently, using the latest ICT tools, GTower drastically cuts carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, providing a more holistic and better working environment for temporary, short-term and long-term tenants,” said GTower executive director, Dr. Colin Ng.

These facilities were provided by several contractors.
Avaya provided the IP telephony integration with voice applications through its implementation partner, Jebsen & Jessen.
Macro Lynx provided the IPTV, as well as IP telephony, wired and wireless broadband connections and 24 x 7 onside support. It also offers dedicated data centre services, including server co-location and connections of gigabits per second capacity, with total throughput in the order of terabits per second.
